Purpurite is a very elevated stone with a very unique color and chemical composition. This is a manganese phosphate stone. Phosphates have the ability to draw our energy in so we can reset. Somewhat like hibernation. Phosphates are perfect after a trauma, loss or draining situation because they allow you to draw all of your energy back to yourself for a period of restoration. In that way, they actually create a rebirth. In the case of purpurite, the manganese draws the energy back into the heart. When your heart has been overextended or injured, purpurite is the perfect healing stone. It’s perfect for after a break-up combined with lepidolite. It’s perfect for after a traumatic event or loss that really hurts at the level of your heart. The perfect timing is to start working with it when you’re really ready to draw your energy back in towards yourself and heal. This purpurite is so rich in manganese that it can leave a little powdery purple glow on your hands that’s similar to eye shadow. It feels like a little interactive blessing.
